STATUTORY LIABILITY (NO COMMERCIAL WARRANTY)

All TAND products are covered by statutory liability for non-conformity of goods in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Consumers may exercise their rights within 2 years from delivery.

Goods are considered non-conforming if:

- they do not have the usual characteristics required for normal use,

- they do not match the agreed description,

- the wrong product or quantity was delivered,

- the product was defective at the time of delivery.

Statutory liability does not cover:

- subjective dissatisfaction,

- individual skin sensitivity or allergic reactions,

- improper use,

- use contrary to instructions,

- normal changes occurring after expiry date or after opening.

A patch test is recommended before use.
