The Seller is not liable for temporary website interruptions.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT.

Shipping costs are shown before checkout.

The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors.

5. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via:

- Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard)

- PayPal

- Cash on delivery

- Bank transfer (proforma invoice)

6. Contract Conclusion

The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives order confirmation via email.

7. Delivery

Delivery is performed by GLS.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days within EU.

The Seller is not responsible for courier delays.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Notification must be sent to: info@tandcosmetics.com

The product must be returned within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Withdrawal is not possible for:

- opened sealed cosmetic products,

- products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.
