All products are shipped from Slovenia via GLS.

Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

The Seller is not responsible for courier delays.

Damage to the shipment

If the package is damaged upon receipt:

- refuse the shipment or request a report,

- notify us within 48 hours,

- attach photos of the package to the product.

We cannot use damage claims after 48 hours from delivery.
